Application to amend planning permission 14/01266/OUT for a residential development of up to 215 dwellings, including changes to plot 142 by reducing the glazed area, redesigning plots 147-148 for simpler roof construction, adding a gable end frontage to plot 147, and relocating solar panels to the left elevation of plot 147. Elevation and floor plans for other plots updated for consistency.
