Proposal:

Application to discharge condition 14 (Landscape and habitat management plan) of application 22/03500/S73, which involves the erection of two industrial units for B1, B2, and B8 use, including external lighting, electricity substation, car parking, service yards, and other associated works. This is a variation of Condition 13 of 19/03045/FUL to allow Unit 1 to be occupied before the completion of the pedestrian/cycle link.
