1x Oak Tree - being part of the boundary of the property and adjoining Weaverham Road. Proposal to :- 1. Remove dead & decaying branches. 2. Remove epicormic growth to a height of 3 m above ground to prevent encroachment to the pavement area. 3. Crown reduction. To reduce height by 5 m and lateral spread by 5 m. To restore shape and allow more light to the lawn. Also, to ease future management of the tree. 4. To return tree to size and shape following Application No: 16/01200/TPO.
