Crown raise secondary laterals to clear to 5m from ground level, including removal of 1no. 10cm diameter southern limb. Clear around lighting column by 1.5m. T3 Yew - Reduce crown height by 2m and lateral spread as needed, by up to 0.75m. T4 Portuguese Laurel - Reduce all growth down to 4m from ground level and prune lateral spread hard back by up to 2m.
