Mature Beech tree opposite Green Ridges property at the end of Vale Royal Drive. It is recommended that the tree is reduced to a height of 6m by means of pollarding within 6 months to retain the remaining stem and small sections of the main leaders utilising coronet cuts, in order to alleviate the risk to site users and adjacent properties whilst retaining a feature of biodiversity value for nature conservation purposes.
